BSOD, Blue Screen "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL"

Reason for the error:

If you are seeing this error in  a blue screen, an windows does not boot. It is most certainly a hardware device or it's driver that is causing the problem!


How to solve IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Blue Screen error:

Step 1: Find out which device / driver is causing the problem
In the above screenshot, the technical information contains the file name : ndis.sys
This means that it is being caused by your network device (LAN card / ethernet card, Wi-Fi etc.)

Step 2:
Now that you know it is network problem, boot to safe mode (Press F8 on startup and choose "Safe Mode")

Go to device manager (My Computer ->right click -> properties -> Device Manager)

select the Network Adapters and disable all that are there.

Step 3:
Restart PC. Problem should be solved. Un-Install all the network device drivers and Re-Install correct ones and you shoulld be able to boot normally.
